By using our Healthcare Blue Book website tool, you can type in your zip code and the type of healthcare service you require for over 250 types of healthcare services, and the system will display the range in cost of services, and display a list of Cigna PPO providers ranked in a color coded fashion from lowest cost (green) to highest cost (red). This is important because if your health plan has a patient coinsurance requirement (i.e. 10%, 20% etc.), by selecting a lower cost PPO provider (i.e. green code), your out of pocket costs will be less because their fee is less (example: 20% of $1,000 is $200 vs. 20% of $500 is $100) saving you $100!

In addition, many of our outpatient procedures such as MRI's, CT's, some Outpatient Surgeries, such as Colonoscopy, Upper GI Endoscopy etc., also offers you a reward bonus (between $25.00 - $100.00) if you select a green code PPO provider! This is an additional savings above any coinsurance savings!

The website will show you the approximate monthly cost and savings for each Rx drug listed!
