Rodger Bayne – Vice President Sales and
Marketing

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing,Rodger brings over 24 years
of experience in the health insurance industry. His primary
responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation
of the corporate marketing strategy and product development for
individual and group products. He is also responsible for the sale and
support of GBS’ individual health and small group self-funded
products.
Prior to joining GBS in 2009, Rodger capitalized and founded
ClientFirst Brokerage Services in 1992. He has since developed and
implemented marketing programs for a number of major carriers helping
them achieve significant market penetration and growth. Rodger’s work
has extended from sales to operations, and product development with an
emphasis on self-funded benefit plans. In recent years, he has been
responsible for developing and marketing several small group
self-funded programs and is called upon frequently to lend his
experience and expertise to carriers, agents, and legislators.
