Cindy Wagner – Vice President Human Resources and Payroll Services

As Vice President, Human Resources and Payroll Services, Cindy leads the human resources and payroll services functions. She was recently promoted to the position of Vice President, Human Resources and Payroll Services and has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, including 20 years in management. Prior to being appointed Vice President, Cindy held the position of Director, Human Resources at GBS for over nine years, demonstrating her passion for human resources by providing excellent service to GBS employees. As an HR Consultant, Cindy advised clients regarding human resources functions. She also assisted brokers and clients with implementation and support of the HRIS system (GBS HRAccess). Cindy continues to be heavily active in the implementation of new benefit plans, programs and services, and providing strategic HR support to the Executive Committee.

Prior to joining GBS in 2000, Cindy served as Director of Recruiting and Director of Human Resources at Hadron, Inc. From 1982-1997, she held a number of human resources leadership positions with Computer Data Systems, Inc., Coca Cola Enterprises, and Thomson-CGR Medical Corporation.

Cindy is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Chesapeake Human Resources Association.
