Cynthia Whitehead – Vice President, Administration

As Vice President of Administration, Cindy brings with her over 25 years of insurance experience including 19 years with Group Benefit Services. Supervising the fully insured and self-insured administrative divisions, her responsibilities include new business installation, renewal services, customer service, enrollment and billing, quality assurance and COBRA administrative services.   

In addition, Cindy works with our IT division in the development and management of our website technology tools. She is also responsible for developing and evaluating system procedures, conducting quality review audits, developing procedure manuals, and coordinating all business block transfers.

Cindy is a member of the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators and is currently pursuing her R.H.U. designation.
